Red Pill? Blue Pill?

I know, two posts in one day from me is an anomaly, but I just can't help sharing this. I must admit I found this on Pinterest, so I did not create this. Just putting that out there. Protecting my interests.

My question to you now is: which would you choose?
In a completely hypothetical sense I would take that red pill from this person's hand and never give it back.
Just want to make a note. Mom, this does not mean I am leaving you. This is hypothetical and hypothetically I would rather exist in a world where I could date Rhysand from A Court of Thorns and Roses than exist in a world where my main occupation is homework.
However, I would also steal the blue pill from the person's other hand because: why not? I may still have to choose between living in a fictional world, or having characters live in mine, but I have a plan for this.
PLEASE DO NOT WORRY! I HAVE A PLAN!
Because:


After stealing that blue pill from the person's hand I would give it to my friend. Now, why would I do this? Is it because I am a generous person? Is it because I want to make him/her happy?
NO! None of that.
I would give it to my friend because he has all the same favorite fictional characters as me. Therefore,  all my favorite characters would still get to experience this world and realize how boring it is.
There. You see? Was that not an awesome plan?

Reboot

Hey guys,  WoW! It's been a while since I saw this blog. Originally, I made Pages of Truth when I was a bit younger. It's both funny and embarrassing to look back at some of my old posts, but it reminded me of that spirit I once possessed. This spirit allowed me to share my passions without concern for criticism or fear of others' opinions. Like most teenagers, during this time between my first post and now, I have lost a lot of this spirit. I have felt a lot less comfortable with myself and less able to express myself in this forum. Looking back at the posts written by what seems like a different girl, I realize that I am still chasing that dream. Of Poseidon Book Review

My rating: 7/10 stars Goodreads average rating: 4.05/5 stars Some spoilers throughout. Book Cover From reading some of the reviews for Of Poseidon, I can tell that people either loved or hated this book. It was published May 22, 2012. This means I am relatively late to the party for this book. However, I am completely thankful for the saying "better late than never" because I loved this book. I rated it a 7 because, while I enjoyed the world building that goes on, the author lets it take away from adding some depth to the character relationships.  Of Poseidon is 324 pages and the first book in The Syrena Legacy series. Mermaids have often been thought of as mythical creatures and this book  really  does a great job at making their existence seem possible. (My apologies for saying mermaids. They prefer to be referred to as Syrena). Something interesting in this book, as far as the writing goes, was the author’s use of perspective.
